Riso Art
Riso printing is like if a screen printer and a photocopier had a funky, retro baby. It uses bright soy-based inks and stencil drums to layer colors in slightly unpredictable ways—think perfectly imperfect textures, bold hues, and delightful misprints that make every piece unique. It’s fast, eco-friendly, and basically the art world’s equivalent of organized chaos on paper.

Most of my Riso prints start as hand-carved linocuts. I draw and carve the design from rubber, scan it into my computer, separate the color layers, and then head to the studio to bring it to life on the Riso printer.
